Coaching and Mentoring for the Mind, Emotions and Spirit
Sonlight is the wellbeing heart of The School of Light, nurturing learners’ mind, emotions, and spirit in a safe, compassionate, and safeguarded environment. Learners are gently guided toward inner peace, resilience, and emotional healing through a Christ-centred programme inspired by the principles of the 12 Steps, helping them discover God’s peace and grace and a path to inner freedom.
We help learners process their emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping strategies to navigate life with resilience and hope. Through compassionate and empathetic coaching and mentoring, reflection and journaling time, and spiritual support rooted in light and truth, Sonlight Well-being nurtures the whole person, helping learners discover rest for the mind, healing for the heart, and hope for the journey ahead. True well-being, we believe, begins from within. Sonlight Well-being recognises that many of life’s struggles are internal, and that true healing begins when light is invited in.

The Light Within
Biblical Curriculum – The Way
The Light Within is the Christ-centred discipleship programme of The School of Light, guiding learners into a living relationship with God through Jesus. The Way explores the Gospel, the teachings and parables of Christ, and the truth of who we are as children of God. This is a journey of faith, identity and transformation – awakening hearts to God’s love and leading souls home.
